  • Yes. We are firmly planted on 17 Acres in Mansfield Center at Found Florist Farm. Our studio designs the flowers and delivers them to your home or business 7 days a week. We are a made-to-order professional florist with 35 years experience. All our orders are made when you order and delivered from our florist studio.

What services does Found Florist Farm offer?
We specialize in bespoke floral arrangements for every occasion, including weddings, birthdays, anniversaries, and events. We also offer luxury silk flower packages, bridal bouquet classes, children's flower design classes, and DIY flower kits. Our shop provides both local flower delivery in Connecticut and nationwide shipping.

Where do you deliver?
We proudly deliver fresh flowers to Willimantic, Storrs, Mansfield, Windham, and surrounding areas. We also ship our silk wedding flower packages nationwide, offering stunning floral designs wherever you need them.

Can I customize my flower arrangement?
Absolutely! We love working with our customers to create personalized arrangements that reflect their unique style and preferences. Whether it's specific flowers or a special design, we’re happy to make your vision a reality.

What is your refund policy?
We offer refunds in the form of store credit only. This credit can be used toward any future purchase at Found Florist Farm, including flowers, classes, and more.

Do you offer same-day delivery?
Yes! We offer same-day delivery for local most orders placed before 12 PM (*some flowers require special order (allow 2-3 business days) Call for details on unique flower items. For national shipping, please allow for additional time to ensure your order arrives fresh and on time. See info in our Nationwide Section. Weddings are all custom and most requireΒ 

How can I order flowers?
You can easily order online through our website or by giving us a call. For special requests or larger events, we recommend contacting us directly so we can better assist with your floral needs.

Do you offer services for events or weddings?
Yes, we provide full floral services for weddings, corporate events, and special occasions. Our team can design everything from elegant bridal bouquets to large-scale floral installations. We also offer bridal bouquet classes for bridal parties interested in a more hands-on approach to their wedding flowers.

  • Orders Placed for Out of State

    As a 5 Star Google Rated online business, we pride ourselves in our local studio's ability to delivery gorgeous designs from our Connecticut business to your doorstep. As you can see on our website, we have a local delivery area and a nationwide header section. If you wish to place an order for Continental US outside of our local delivery area please contact us prior to purchase as we need to calculate shipping prior to your purchase. Flowers will be sent as a timeless silk bouquet similar in style to the design you choose not in glass. We will choose a container that is best suited for shipping and lovely for the design without the worry of glass breaking. Some of our items are quite large and oversized shipping fees will need to apply, which vary depending on size and zip code. We do not ship fresh casket or funeral sprays We only ship silk flowers, as temperatures (hot and cold) can mean unsatisfied clients, which we never want to be the case. All orders placed outside our local delivery area will be sent as a timeless bouquet in the same color profile. Shipped items take time to get there from design time to delivery.Β We begin desigining within 2 days of receipt of your order.

    Β What to expect from your gift:Β 

    We package wrapped lovely so your recipient can feel special when receiving their Timeless Flowers;

We will send you a Tracking Number, so you know when your special gift arrives (Shipping usually is 5-7 days after design is finished) we are not responsible for acts of God or delivery delays for any reason. Your order is insured up to $100.00, depending on the price of your design, If you wish more insurance, please reach out for pricing. Silk designs are a 48hr turn around time, as our designers need time to create the design

    3. We include a Card Message for your special someone (please add that in the gift wrap section or in notes)- if we do not hear from you with a message within 2 days from purchase starting at the timestamp you placed the order we will create a defaulted card to say "from and then your name".     Same Day Delivery Disclaimer

    We aim to always offer same day delivery, but there are times that flowers need to be ordered to meet your needs and we need time to properly condition the flowers prior to the designing and delivering them. Please text us to ensure we can create your flowers the same day, any order placed after 12:00 P.M. on the same day may not be able to be delivered until the next business day. Please reach out with questions we are very responsive and pride ourselves on our 5 Star Google Review Status. If we need to special order your flowers there is often a 24-48hr business day turn around as our flower suppliers have a cut off and deliver only on certain days.     • Where do you deliver, too & can I pick up Flowers?

      Our business is to help make your lives easier with delivery daily. Our primary delivery area is Storrs-Mansfield, Windham, Mansfield, Mansfield Center, Columbia, Ashford, Amston, Coventry, Eastford, Scotland, Franklin. We also deliver to some other Windham and Tolland County towns. We are a specialty florist priding our services on tailored delivery for all orders. Our flowers are all made to order and delivered with care to your home or office designed in our floral studio on our 17 acre farmland. We do arrange pick up inside Swift Water Artisans Cooperative at 866 Main Street in Willimantic, CT. for those who require it on. select days by appointment. Thurs, Friday, Saturday 12-5 and Sunday, 12-4.

      • How Do I Leave A Special Message For My Recipient?

        There will be an option to type your special message at checkout click gift wrap and you can place your message is a message area there or in "order special instructions notes"

      • Flower Designs: Will it be Identical to the Picture?

        We aim to always capture the essence of each style and image design, which may be created with the help of AI. There are times when the exact flower, greenery or vase is not available in the exact shade, or it is out of season. Our award winning national designers will create a design in the essence of the bouquet's look, colors, hues and image, but we want you to have full transparency and understand we are not a cookie cutter shop and the image may not be able to be duplicated due to availability from our field, our growers we work with at all times. Some varieties come in and out of season from the grower. If you need the identical flowers and identical robotic image, we want to be transparent that will never be achievable as flowers are organic items that have different hues and values and growing times. We will substitute flowers out of an arrangement based on availability to have similar colors, as this is natural product. We love what we do and what you to know that our business is our life and we want to always bring our vision and design to you as close to the feeling as possible.   • Weddings

    Wedding Quotes are Simply Quotes. The Quote doe not lock in your date. To be fair to all brides, we cater to one wedding per day regardless of size. Weddings are non-refundable and non-transferrable. All weddings must be paid in full by the time and date on your quote. This is again, to be fair to all involved. We need to order flowers, lock dates in for you or another bride, process and design your bouquets. We do not hold dates as that is not fair to anyone. We get several quotes per week and if we held the dates without payment we are doing a diservice to our brides that are serious and our workers. This is a business and we understand your need to get multiple quotes to "shop around" but we are always wanting to be fair to all our brides. Please understand we have a Google 5 Star Review and a 100% on our Facebook.

    FAQ for Weddings:

    Question: Is this your best price. Yes, it is our best price. We know we won't be everyone's florist. We are a very custom, 35 year experience specialty floral studio. We do weddings not to be cheap, but to be right. Our name goes on every design and we pride ourselves in our workmanship. Please understand that the price we quote is our fair price.

    Question: I am not getting married anymore. I want my money back. Unfortunately we understand that this is something that happens, but we gave up other brides that could have taken your spot. If it is over a month before your wedding and we are able to book another bride on that same day, we will give you your money back, if not we do not give refunds or exchanges or store credit, as we now have lost the ability to sell that date to someone else.

    Question: I want to pay by Cash the day of the wedding. We do not accept cash as payment the day of the wedding. You will need to make other arrangements and pay by the date stated on your contract.

      At Found Florist Farm, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We understand that sometimes things don't go as planned, and we are here to help. Our refund policy is designed to ensure a smooth and fair process for everyone involved.

      *does not apply to weddings. Weddings do not get store credit or refunds of any kind. All Weddings are final sale.

      How to Request Store Credit

      To request store credit, please contact us via email or phone with the following information:

      • Your order number
      • A description of the issue or reason for the request
      • Photos of any damaged or incorrect items
      • If you ordered flowers, but the realized you want a refund for whatever reason prior to delivery, it will be store credit. We value our customers, but on the off-chance you order, we immediately begin to order the flowers you requested, which costs us money. We are custom specialty shop that tailor your flowers to your needs. Should you change your mind after the fact (e.g. wrong date, change of plans, etc..) we understand, and you will get a store credit to use at a later date, but we do not do refunds of money.
